Article 2 – Subject

2.1 – The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the product with the qualities and sales price specified below, which the Buyer ordered electronically from the Seller’s website.

Article 3 – Delivery of Contractual Product/Products

3.1 – The contractual product/products will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer and in accordance with the delivery conditions, as indicated and confirmed by the Buyer in the order form annexed to this agreement.

Article 4 – Right of Withdrawal
